Types of Slide Gate
1. Manual Slide Gate
Manual slide gates are normally used with pneumatic slide gates. Manual slide gates are used to control the flow of material by adjusting the gate opening manually.
2. Manual Slide Gate
Manual slide gates are normally used with pneumatic slide gates. Manual slide gates are used to control the flow of material by adjusting the gate opening manually.
3. Pneumatic Slide Gate
Pneumatic slide gate are used below bin, silo, conveyors to control the flow of material. These are operated with compressed air supplied to Pneumatic cylinders. Eminence provided special feature for power failure problem in INDIA. In case of intermittent power failure, the Slide Gate immediately shut down, which prevents unnecessary flow of material to the processing machine.
4. Electric Slide Gate
Electric Slide gates are normally used when Pneumatic compressed air is not available. Eminence Provides torque limiter operated Electric slide Gates for better safety and performance.
5. Pyramid Slide Gate
For bigger opening of silo / hopper etc. Pyramid type slide Gate is used. This will reduce the cylinder stroke length and provides better performance.
