Types of Bag Stacker
1. Grain Bag Stacker
Eminence Equipment has designed and developed Grain Bag Stacker to pile up Grain Bags. These Stackers can reach the maximum height of 23 feet, which facilitate the stacking up to layer of 25 bags. Grain Bag Stackers stacks bags of 100 kg at the capacity of 450 to 500 bags per hour.
Grain Bag Stacker can be adjusted for discharge height with electrical drive motor mechanism. Height is adjustable from minimum of 10 feet to 23 feet maximum.
Specially designed & developed belt, gives best possible grip for bags & prevents bags from slippage. Belt stacker also can be used to unload the stackers bag by reverse motion.
Fix type Bag Stackers are suitable for using vertical space where we can handle bags on first, second & third floor.
Electronic bag counter count the bags & can stop conveyor after the required quantity. Bag counter will count bag correctly even after power failure as it will start from the last bag counted.

2. Grain Pouch/box Mover
Eminence equipment offers a complete system for handling Pouch and Boxes. Handling of Pouch from Pouch packing machine to Box / Bag packing then handling Box / Bags to godowns or to loading trucks.
